I have been working as a fitness professional for over five years as well as competing as a Men's Physique athlete through the NPC. Growing up I always had a passion for sports and played several different ones through out my life as well as playing baseball collegiately at the Division II level. While in college I studied Exercise Science with a minor in Health and have been accredited as a Certified Personal Trainer by two different organizations (I.S.S.A and NCSF)

Coming from an athletic background I was always into physical fitness and became fascinated by learning about the human body and how it functions. But what got me into personal training and the fitness industry was my personal transformation. Once my college baseball career came to a close I lost a sense of direction in my life and started making poor decisions as far as diet and lifestyle goes. Before I knew it I went from a 230 pound collegiate athlete who could run a sub 4.5 40 yard dash! It was around that time I discovered body building and set a goal to compete, using my own knowledge on health and nutrition. Over a period of nearly an entire year I lost over 100 pounds and stepped on stage at a weight of 195 pounds! Through my journey and experience I now share my passion and knowledge, and help as many people as I can succeed in their goals.
