Overview

Fitness and athletics has been a staple of Brenna's life since childhood. After completing her collegiate volleyball career, she went on to coach several high school and Junior Olympic volleyball teams. Her areas of concentration were in the development of pre/post season strength and conditioning programs, as well as one-on-one skill and strength instruction. 


In 2011, Brenna started working for Title Boxing Club where she was able to train alongside professional boxing and MMA fighters, furthering her understanding and exposure to group fitness instruction. 


Brenna specializes in strength and agility training, core and stability training, cross training, and group fitness.
